Satisfy yourself about our extensive service options and find out about other preventive measures that protect your system from failure. As early as the development phase of your system, we can provide you with a precise maintenance schedule.
Your system will then be inspected by us at regular intervals.

We guide our customers from the draft and throughout the service life of our plant.

Our services include analyses, supply of replacement parts and everything that is required for the functional reliability of a hydraulic system.

In our test bay, which extends over two floors, we perform a 100% test to secure a high quality standard. For the pressure and function tests
of complex hydraulic control systems, BOBACH uses an in-house hydraulic test rig with the following specifications:

• High-pressure pump 2x 70 l/min / 315 bar
• High-pressure pump 1x 23 l/min / 210 bar 
• High-pressure pump 1x 0.05 l/min / 500 bar

• Low-pressure pump 1x 400 l/min / 30 bar
• Low-pressure pump 1x 9  l/min / 30 bar
• Low-pressure pump 1x 60 l/min / 5 bar

Additionally, several hydraulic cylinders are available for simulating consumers.
A test rig for synchronisation control is also integrated into the test bay.
All hydraulic control units leave the BOBACH factory fully tested and preset.
